Zepp Clarity Shipping Policy

Processing times. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will begin processing the following business day. All Zepp Clarity customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when their order has shipped.  Payment validation, your selected delivery address, and the availability of your items in the warehouse can impact the processing and shipment of your order.

Note: Processing, shipping, and delivery times may be extended to 2-7 business days during busy seasons (eg.,  Black Friday, Christmas, New Years) or due to unprecedented shipping volume experienced by delivery carriers.

Shipping Fees

Zepp Clarity products (hearing aid systems & Accessories) ship via standard shipping at no cost. Standard Domestic Orders (U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii) are shipped USPS or FedEx and are shipped to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). See the table below for delivery estimates and fees:

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your order via email once your order ships. You can track the status of your order at any time using the tracking link provided in the email or through the carrier's website.
  • The Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address you specify in your order. A signature may be required to receive your item.
