Warranty and Return Policy

At the time of original purchase, Zepp provides an original warranty on all hearing aids and charging cases. Zepp Clarity ONE and OMNI include a one-year original warranty; Zepp Clarity Pixie includes a two-year warranty. The original warranty covers unlimited repairs and one-time loss/damage coverage per set for an additional fee. The Zepp warranty begins on the date that the client receives the new devices.

What your warranty policy covers:

This limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for Zepp Clarity products, including hearing aids, internal components, and charging cases, within the specified warranty period.

Zepp promises to ensure that repairs restore the functionality to at least the level of the original hearing aid. Depending on the situation, Zepp may replace devices with new products or products made from new or repairable used parts or repair them using new or refurbished replacement parts.

1. Warranty Details

1.1 Product Replacement:

Within warranty

At no cost to the client, Zepp will inspect the hearing aids and charging case and, at Zepp's sole discretion, replace the in-warranty set with a new or refurbished set.

The original or extended warranty period remains in effect for the replacement device.

If the original warranty period is less than 90 days, Zepp will provide a 90-day extended warranty on the replaced device, beginning on the date the client receives the replacement device.

Out of warranty

For out-of-warranty sets, Zepp will inspect and replace out-of-warranty sets with new or refurbished sets at its discretion.

The fees are as follows:

  • Zepp Clarity ONE and Pixie: $600 per set
  • Zepp Clarity OMNI: $350 per set

A one-year replacement warranty will be provided for the replaced device.

1.2 Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • Devices purchased from unauthorized distributors (including eBay).
  • Damage is caused by improper handling, exposure to chemicals, immersion in water, or undue stress.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage unless it results from a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Damage caused by third parties or non-authorized service centers.
  • Commercial use or resale.
  • Features or performance parameters beyond normal use specifications.
  • Products returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any alterations.

1.3 Replacement under the Loss and Damage Policy:

  • During the original warranty period, Zepp will replace one set of hearing aid systems no more than once for loss or damage unrelated to normal use.
  • Zepp reserves the right to inspect devices and proof of purchase to determine whether the loss and damage policy applies
  • Replacement fees are as follows:
    • Zepp Clarity ONE and Pixie: $600 per set
    • Zepp Clarity OMNI: $350 per set
  • This policy applies only once per set, and the original repair warranty remains in effect on the lost or damaged set.
  • The original hearing aids will be disabled.

2. 45-Day Right to Return

2.1 In the event that Zepp Clarity doesn't help you hear better:

If you are dissatisfied with your Zepp Clarity devices within the 45-day return period, contact Customer Support for assistance. We may conduct an "exit interview" to explore solutions before processing the return.

2.2 . If you do need to return your devices:

If you're dissatisfied with your Zepp Clarity hearing aid or any unopened accessory, you can return it within forty-five (45) days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the device must be in its original condition, unopened (in the case of an accessory). It must not have been damaged, lost, or modified in any way (including repairs without our prior written consent). We'll credit the purchase price back to the account used at the time of purchase, minus any expedited shipping fees, if applicable.

Here is the return process:

  • The return team will verify your account and payment information.
  • Once your return is authorized, you'll receive a prepaid return label.
  • Devices must be returned within 30 days of receiving the label to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of Zepp's receipt of the product.
  • No refunds are offered for non-returnable products.
  • If the device returned to us is lost or damaged in any way, you will not receive a refund.

Please note that we don't offer refunds on any products designated on this site as Non-Returnable.
