Pay for what you keep
- If you decide to keep the product:
- You can contact Zepp Clarity Customer Support at any time to process your order.
- If no action is taken, your credit card will be charged the full product price at the end of the 60-day trial.
- If you decide to return the product:
- You must initiate a return request by contacting Zepp Clarity Customer Support before the trial period ends.
- Once you request a return, you have 10 additional days to send it back using the pre-paid return label.
- If the product is not returned within the allowed time, your credit card will be charged the full product price.
- Possible Charges:
- Lost, non-returned, or damaged products will be charged the full product price.
- Returns must include all accessories and be in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Please Note:
Zepp Clarity reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, cases of suspected misuse of the trial program, product availability, or payment authorization issues.
